Delete your Savela account
You can delete your account and all your data whenever you want. Here is how it works.
From the app
Recommended- Open Savela and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Delete account.
- Confirm with your password. You will get a confirmation email.
Without access to the app
Email us from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”.

What happens next
- Day 0 · RequestYour account is deactivated and you are signed out on every device.
- Days 1 to 7 · You can change your mindIf you sign in with your email and password, the app offers to restore your account as it was.
- Day 7 · Permanent deletionWe erase your account and all your data, and send you a last email. It never takes more than 15 days, the legal deadline.
What is deleted
- Your account and profile
- Your measurements and their history
- Your food log and your diets
- Your consents and preferences
What is kept
[REVIEW] Backups keep the data until they rotate; state how long and anything the law requires.
